Nature’s Echo

Roots run deep, even when we're far
The art series was inspired by my personal experience of moving from Ukraine to Montreal. It conveys the idea that our cultural ties remain strong, even when we're physically separated from our origins, exploring how we connect with our heritage in a new environment.

The air never learned how to be
This series contrasts the calm flow of nature with the hustle of human life. It reflects on how elements like air simply exist without trying to be, unlike humans who are always striving to learn and improve themselves.

Project "The Body Got Lost"
Explore a fusion of macro images capturing my paintings and vivid digital illustrations, reflecting on the metamorphosis of corporeality in the post-Covid era. Delving into the socio-cultural facets of corporeality, this series contemplates the impact of societal dictates and the transformative nature of adaptation, manifested through masks rendering bodies translucent. Amidst intertwining meanings, mediums, colors, and textures, the project engages in a dialogue with artists and curators, unraveling the multifaceted dimensions of corporality in art - be it provocation, expression, sincerity, or research.
The project "The Body Got Lost" was supported by the European Union through the program House of Europe.
